To submit a Bookings Enquiry please first check if the hall may be free at the time that you would like to hire it. This will save you and us time by checking the availability of the hall. To check this first, click here to view the bookings online.

If the hall is free (or you would still like to check just in case), then please complete our Online Bookings Enquiry Contact Form and we will get back to you

You can contact us by telephone

You can also telephone us between 4pm and 6.30pm weekdays only to request a booking.
Please note: Outside of these hours you may be able to leave a telephone message. Do make sure that you leave a LANDLINE contact telephone number so we can call you back. We do not under any circumstances return calls to mobile numbers, so please make sure that you use a 023 number if you would like us to call you back.
