Main Hall available for hire every week on a Tuesday afternoon
Due to a recent change of circumstances for one of our regular groups we will have an available option for a regular weekly hire on a Tuesday afternoon. More details are shown here:
When from? The earliest date available to hire from will be Tuesday 6th March 2012
Which hall? It is the MAIN HALL that will be available for hire
What times? The times available will be from 1pm to 6pm every Tuesday
Can I just hire it for an hour? Or one day a month say? Not really. We usually let out the main hall for a minimum of 3 hours, and because this will be a weekly free spot, then we would prefer to make sure that it will be a regular weekly meeting filling the time slot available
Do I have to then hire it from 1pm to 6pm? No, not at all. However, you would need to hire once each week, with a minimum of 3 hours. So for example that could be 2pm to 5pm, or 3pm to 6pm on that particular day.

A new drama group will be starting at Deverell Hall - The Deverell Players
Commencing Friday 3rd February 2012 we are pleased to say that a new drama group - The Deverell Players - will be starting at Deverell Hall. A drama group has been a huge part of Deverell Hall for many years, and from the early days when the hall hosted local drama groups, they have put on many shows for the people of Purbrook. More information about the Deverell Hall Players will be announced shortly!
What's happening on the Deverell Hall Website?
As you may notice we are in the process of updating and modifying the Deverell Hall website. Whilst the latest and newest pages are being uploaded, the site will be loading the old style pages and layout. The new design is being uploaded over the next few days, and should be fully uploaded by 27th January 2012. We appreciate your patience whilst these changes are being made.
