I found it very easy to book the hall with prompt responses to all my questions. The information I received in the post was concise and explanatory, covering all aspects of the hiring of the hall. Our only 'hiccup' was not being able to locate the kitchen at first, lol. I think a map would have come in handy. Deverell Hall is a lot bigger than you initially believe!!

Excellent website, excellent information by post and telephone. The hall was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the instructions on how to enter the premises, turn heaters on etc was spot on. Our entire booking went very smoothly from beginning to end. Doug was extremely helpful and was happy to regularly answer any questions I had when I thought of something new. I would definitely use Deverell Hall again if I required it.

I found it easy to book the hall, with your contact number on the Deverell Hall newsletter. The information about the hire of the hall was excellent, and I found the hall very clean and tidy. The hall booking was handled very professionally, and using email as a point of contact was very convienient for me. This is the third time I have used the hall for my sons birthday parties and I have always felt very happy with the hire and the facility itself.

We had our vow renewal on 15th August 2009 and we could not have been more pleased with the hall. It was so clean, and Doug and his wife were very helpful anytime we wanted to visit the hall. We had plenty of space and time to decorate the hall, with kitchen facilities at the ready. We had such an enjoyable evening and the hall was perfect for the occasion so thank you Deverell Hall.

Thank you. The whole party was fantastic and the day really could not have gone any better. We had just under 110 people arrive in the end and mainly kids!!! The hall was in a lovely condition when we arrived in the morning, and the facilities were perfect for the day - baby changing, kitchen, microwave etc etc.

Booking was so easy and all done online at your own convenience, although there are phone numbers clearly stated should you wish to talk to someone. The information provided was extremely clear, online and also when you actually get in the hall, there are plenty of notices to help you. The hall was spotless and very clean. We were very pleased to hire Deverell Hall.
