Make a bookings request
If you are interested in making a booking at Deverell Hall, then please complete our online form on this page. Please complete ALL the sections and information fields, as this will help us to avoid any delays in processing the information you send to us including the dropdown information ones, asking for dates and types of function.
If the type of function is not listed, then please choose "Function Not Listed", and then in the Additional Comments box, tell us about the function you plan to hold there.
We ask you to tell us what type of function it is that you like to the hall for, as prices are calculated in different ways for different uses. As an example, childrens parties are generally cheaper than adult parties, standard club bookings will be cheaper than a commercial booking. So to help us make sure that you receive the correct price for your planned booking, you must tell us what you are wishing to book the hall for.
Please also note that usually the MINUMUM hire period is 3 hours, and although the start time and finish times are shown as full hours only, if you are looking for example: 2.30pm to 5.30pm just add that bit in the other details information box provided.
Remember, at this point you are only making a booking enquiry. Until we actually reply, or confirm the booking with you by email, we cannot guarantee the dates and times that you have requested will be free. Please consult our help question on bookings and confirmations for more information.
